Our paving forces are installing one million tons of Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete each year in the Central Texas area. With more than a half dozen full size paving operations our serviceability is unequaled in the industry. Every effort is made to meet any scheduling need to keep your project on time and in budget. Asphalt paving is a science often misunderstood by the general public. If the material is not installed with the proper equipment under certain conditions and through specific methods the finished product will not last. By maintaining fleets of new equipment and highly specialized personnel, Wheeler exhausts every effort to install a sound and durable pavement surface. Our in-house quality control staff are licensed and certified to monitor and inspect our processes and procedures for specification compliance.
